No End Gaming Policies |
| Definition |
Definition A policy is a rule which members are expected to abide by, however it does not warrant investigation and action by the Praetores Urbani unless it is repeatedly and/or intentionally broken. Policies also outline the rights of the member for the duration of their time in No End Gaming, as well as their rights once they leave the community. No member is exempt from any of these policies. |
| Spam |

If you are going to post something, please ensure it contributes to the discussion; otherwise it may be marked as Spam and deleted. Spam also covers messages that involve or create the following:
If you post something that is deemed spam, you will be warned. If you have been warned twice already, the Praetorian Guard will request points from the Praetores Urbani. |
| Plagiarism |
Plagiarism Plagiarism, the duplication and/or copying for publication and/or public use of another person's work in which the plagiarizer takes credit instead of the original author and does not provide an easy-to-follow link to their source, cannot and will not be tolerated. |

Tags Members are welcome to wear any tag they wish. We welcome all gamers from all clans. |
| Guest Accounts |
Guest Accounts Community Guests are past members who have contributed to No End Gaming in a positive way and have left the clan, however are still permitted to post and involve themselves in discussions relating to the clan. This is only granted to members who are trustworthy and have been a strong asset towards NEG. Community Guest accounts are granted on a case by case basis and are voted on by all Administrators before being granted. Members must be a member of No End Gaming for at least 30 days before they can apply for a Community Guest account. Community Guest accounts may be granted to non-NEG members in special circumstances, when the individual in question can contribute in a strong, positive way towards No End Gaming. |
| Recruiting |
Recruiting All new members of No End Gaming must be evaluated by an existing member before they may officially join. Recruiters should ensure the following is correct before they post a Voucher for the new member:
Recruiters are responsible for their recruits, failure to ensure the above at the time of recruitment will reflect badly on the recruiter. The process for Recruitment is as follows:
|
| Account Responsibility |
Account Responsibility You are the only person who should be using your account. Any actions or posts made by your account are your sole responsibility. Never give your password to anyone else, and always remember to logout if someone else uses your computer. |
| Leaving United Legion |
Leaving No End Gaming Any member of No End Gaming may request for their account to be set to ‘Retired’ when they wish to leave as long as they have not been banned. Retired members wishing to rejoin No End Gaming can post in the Guest Forums asking to have their account reactivated, which will then be handled by the leadership of the Commonwealth they are returning for. During this time accounts will have limited capabilities. |
| Temporary Leave |
Temporary Leave Any member who wishes to take a break from activity in No End Gaming for a period of time, but still intends to return later, can request for their account to be set to ‘On Leave’. Members may have their account reactivated upon return by posting in the Guest Forums or contacting an administrator. During this time accounts will have limited capabilities. |
| Alliances |
Alliances Specifications If you wish to start an alliance with United Legion, your clan/guild MUST meet the requirements listed below. Exceptions can be made for the below.
Process Once the Clan/Guild has completed their Alliance Request Form and submitted it, the Tactical Command Department will then discuss and debate whether or not the alliance will be accepted OR if the Clan/Guild applying is VOID in any way. If the alliance is accepted, they will then have two Alliance Accounts set which will require the use of their Clan/Guild Tag in front of their username on our forums (Anymore than 2 will require approval from Diplomat and must be justified on why another account is necessary for the Alliance). Once the alliance has been fully approved, and the Alliance Accounts have been made, the Clan/Guild must stay active on United Legion’s forums to make sure that the alliance is still legitimate. After 30 Days of inactivity the alliance will then become VOID and no longer in effect. |
| Complaints Against Administrators |
Complaints Against Administrators Any and all complaints against an Administrator (Lt Col or higher) must be PM-ed to either the head of the Praetores Urbani, or a Consul. From there it will be investigated and appropriate action will be taken. |
| Rights in the Tarpeian Rock |
Rights in the Tarpeian Rock Process The Praetores Urbani is the judicial department of United Legion. They investigate breaches of the law and carry out appropriate punishments, based on numerous factors. Any action against a member begins with a TR Ticket. This is posted by a Major/Governor (or higher), and outlines the charge and evidence against the member in question. The Praetores Urbani will then review this charge and PM the accused member for a statement concerning their actions. If nothing is received within 7 days, the ticket will proceed without a defence statement. (Exceptions may be granted in special circumstances.) The Praetores Urbani will then make a decision on the matter, and the requested (or adjusted) number of Infraction Points will be issued. Should a Praetores Urbani admin be involved in the case directly, a General/Legate or Consul will take their place in the investigation and decision. All points expire after 1 year (365 days) of being issued. Punishment If the total number of active points collected by the member now exceeds 12, the account will be set to Probation by the Praetores Urbani. This means the user will have no access for a limited amount of time. If the total number of active points collected by the member now equals or exceeds 20, the member will be banned from United Legion. Appeals Any member has the right to appeal their points; including Banned members. To submit an appeal for consideration, members must complete the Appeals Form in full. Praetores Urbani staff will then seek statements and evidence from both sides, and re-evaluate their decision. All TR staff will vote on the appeal, and depending on the result of the appeal, will remove the points (and any resulting punishment). If the vote is successful and:
