No End Gaming Laws

Definition

Definition A law is an enforced rule in No End Gaming. These are requirements every member must abide by, failure to do so can result in infraction points, which may result in a temporary or permanent ban. No member is exempt from any of these laws.

Law 1 - Respect

1 - Respect All members of No End Gaming are expected to treat everyone they meet online with respect. This includes other No End Gaming members as well as any outsiders. Abuse of others in any form will not be tolerated. Points: 0-20

Law 2 - Illegal/Inappropriate Content and Acts

2 - Illegal/Inappropriate Content and Acts Members are responsible for the content of their posts on the No End Gaming forums. Discussion that involves illegal or inappropriate content (such as hacking, piracy, pornography to name a few examples) is not permitted. Names that are offensive in any way will be changed by an Administrator and action will be taken. All No End Gaming members are required to abide by the EULA (Electronic User License Agreement) and TOS (Terms of Service) of all games they play. This means that cheating, hacking, and using exploits to your advantage in games are not permitted at all in No End Gaming. Digital attacks against other servers (e.g. Denial of Service attacks, Exploiting security holes, distributing Trojans) in any form are not permitted, and are against the law in most countries. This will not be tolerated in No End Gaming and may be subject to immediate and permanent ban. Breaking Federal Law is neither encouraged nor permitted in No End Gaming. No End Gaming will comply with Domestic and International authorities in ongoing investigations. Points: 5-20

Law 3 - Treason

3 – Treason Any acts committed by members with the intent of harming No End Gaming are considered acts of Treason. This includes spying on No End Gaming with the intent of providing information to other clans for use against No End Gaming. Points: 10-20

Law 4 - Multi-Clanning

4 – Multi-Clanning Members may not be in more than one clan simultaneously for the same game. Being in another clan can create conflict and confusion, and can potentially undermine the strength of a Commonwealth. Multi-Clanning will only be permitted on a case by case basis, with Administrator approval. Please contact your Admin Support to request this. Multi-Clanning approval will not be granted if there is a potential for the other clan in question to compete against No End Gaming in-game. Grandfather Clause If you are a member of a clan for a game No End Gaming does not support when you join, and the game is added later, you are not subject to this law in this particular instance. Points: 0-20
